• Does the kit come with instructions?

You can find a very clear easy-to-follow instructions in the box but here is a quick step list! 

Step 1: Use the No.4 Cleanser to remove grease, dust and residual cosmetics from your eyelashes.
Step 2: Put the eye pads over the lower eyelid.
Step 3: Apply eyelash glue on the eyelashes and silicone pad and wait 20-35 seconds (don't apply too much glue on the pads).
Step 4: Brush the eyelashes using the Y-shaped brush, then cover the eyelashes with clingfilm for 10 to 12 minutes.
Step 5: Apply Perm No. 1 on your eyelashes and cover the eyelashes with clingfilm for another 10 to 12 minutes.
Step 6: Apply Fixative No. 2 on the eyelashes. Cover them with clingfilm and wait 10 to 12 minutes to fix the eyelashes.
Step 7: Apply Cleaner No. 4 to the eyelashes and remove the glue from the eyelashes.
Step 8: Use Nutritional lotion No. 3 to nourish your eyelashes.

• Is the lash lift kit suitable for sensitive eyes?

Yes, our lash lift kit is formulated to be gentle on the eyes and suitable for sensitive skin. However, we always recommend doing a patch test prior to full application to ensure compatibility.

• Can I use mascara after the lash lift?

Yes, you can use mascara after the lash lift treatment. However, we recommend waiting at least 24 hours after the treatment to allow the lift to set fully for best results.

• Can I wear contact lenses during the lash lift process?

It's recommended to remove contact lenses before applying the lash lift solution. Contact lenses can be reinserted once the treatment is complete and the eye area has been thoroughly rinsed.

• Can I swim or use oil-based makeup remover after the lash lift?

It's best to avoid swimming and using oil-based makeup removers for the first 24 to 48 hours after the lash lift to allow the lift to fully set and prolong its longevity.

• Can I change or cancel my order?

As we aim to process orders as fast as possible, you must request any changes/cancellations within 12 hours of ordering. All requests after this time will be denied. Your order can be returned for a full refund after it is received.

• What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.

• When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day.
